China-based tech company Asus has launched its Non-Fungible Token (NFT) platform in the WEB3 space.

Asus Supports the Web3 Industry

The company's market capitalization is currently worth 5.7 billion US dollars. Given Asus's size, the creation of an NFT marketplace is a major concern in the WEB3 industry. Asus wishes to expand its presence in the web3 and metaverse. The term "metaverse" refers to a 3D virtual space in which users can interact in immersive ways.

Asus has even created a new unit dedicated to metaverse development. This new branch is called Asus Metaverse, which is considered Asus' serious ambition in the Web3 industry.
Xie Mingjie, Chief Operating Officer and Global Senior Vice President of ASUS, explained that Asus Metaverse fully supports the "Art Black Hole" NFT platform.
"So we founded a new company to express our determination to operate Metaverse for a long time. The first step is to build the NFT Platform, inviting content creators in various fields to become ASUS' new partners, "he said, citing local media.
